Gem Glass Pool - Imaginox in collaboration with Sicis
Where architectural vision finds its material
We now offer a stainless-steel pool with unique gemstone glass cladding. The Gem Glass Pool was created in collaboration with the Italian design company Sicis. Sicis has built a worldwide reputation and, with its showrooms in the centers of world design, sets trends through iconic realizations in premium hotels and residences around the world.
Alongside the traditional artisanal production of artistic mosaics that made the brand famous, Sicis also produces modern tile variants, including the so-called Gem and Onigem glasses. Sicis uses these decorative glasses to create luxurious interiors, both for wall cladding and for swimming pools. Until now, Sicis has offered only concrete pools with Gem or Onigem Glass cladding. Now, thanks to our cooperation, it can use its patented glass in the construction of stainless-steel pools, including glass infinity pools, where the glass textures are particularly striking.
Overall, this innovation opens new possibilities for architects and interior designers in the field of wellness architecture. In addition, as part of a comprehensive approach to wellness projects, the glass motif used in the pool’s construction can be repeated throughout the interior to visually connect the spaces.

The possibilities for individualization are very wide
The client has a choice of both the color palette and glass textures in the Sicis offer, as well as glazing options, dimensions, and pool equipment, all based on individual stainless-steel production by Imaginox. Gem Glass can be used in pool design as wall or bottom cladding and can be backlit. It can be used in practically any type of pool; however, when combined with a glass pool, its aesthetics stand out most.
Both the Gem Glass production technology and its installation and backlighting were developed by Sicis itself and are patented. Unlike conventional connex glass, Sicis glass is waterproof, sufficiently resistant to the pressure of a large volume of water, and has high color stability even in a 100% humid environment. Thanks to innovative cladding and backlighting technology, it is possible to backlight the glass across its entire surface.
