Private wellness with concrete pool and TAO TRUST sauna
The private wellness facility, created in collaboration with the Čtyři stěny architectural studio, combines a concrete pool with mosaic tiling and a TAO TRUST sauna into a single space where aesthetics and everyday functionality work together without compromise. The project was created for clients who were looking not only for a place to relax, but also for a solution that meets their demands in terms of design and long-lasting quality of workmanship.
Concrete pool with attractions and automatic cover
The central feature of the wellness area is an indoor pool measuring 7 × 3 m and 1.5 m deep. The concrete pool with a skimmer system is lined with ceramic mosaic over its entire inner surface. Access to the water is provided by a corner staircase with four steps and an integrated bench — a solution that combines safe access with comfort in everyday use.
Lighting is provided by two stainless steel Teclumen RGBW LED lights with a diameter of 170 mm, controlled by a remote control — the lighting mood adapts to the moment. In terms of water features, the pool is equipped with a two-jet IMG Duo counter-current system with an output of up to 150 m³/h, a Cobra water jet and two massage stations with hydromassage jets. The entire area is complemented by a floor geyser, which adds movement to the pool and promotes the relief of muscle tension.
The water treatment technology is based on an advanced system with automatic dosing of Aseko ASIN AQUA Home chemicals, Behncke sand filtration, an Elecro Quantum UV lamp and a powerful 122 kW heat exchanger. The entire solution is designed for maximum comfort, reliable operation and easy automation of pool water care.
Safety and aesthetics are also ensured by an automatic slatted cover with white PVC slats, which is concealed in the bottom of the pool. The cover is controlled remotely and protects the water surface from contamination and heat loss.
Sauna TAO TRUST – design and relaxation in harmony
The interior private wellness area includes an elegant Finnish sauna TAO TRUST, located opposite the pool directly next to the kitchen corner. The sauna cabin measuring 220 × 210 × 170 cm is made from high-quality materials and combines comfortable use with long durability and timeless design.
The interior of the sauna is clad with vertically laid Softline Scandinavian spruce planks, while the exterior cladding consists of durable Durelis non-visible panels. The two-level benches in a parallel arrangement are made of pleasant Abachi wood; the upper level is 60 cm wide and the lower level 50 cm wide.
The fully glazed front wall, 120 cm wide and made of 10 mm thick clear glass, complemented by a 70 cm wide glazed entrance door with 8 mm thick glass, creates an airy impression and naturally connects the sauna with the surrounding garden.
The sauna is heated by an EOS ThermoTec under-bench heater. Control is provided by the advanced EOS EmoTec D digital panel in an elegant black design. Lighting is provided by indirect LED backlighting of the backrest, which shines gently downwards and completes the atmosphere of tranquillity. The basic equipment includes an hourglass, a thermometer, a wooden bucket with a ladle and a set of aroma essences.
